When in Cleveland and a craving for Banh Mi strikes, head downtown to the almost-hidden spare little spot that is Pho Hoa (known previously as Superior Pho). The bread and fillings are crunchy and fresh, the flavors sparkle and burst in your mouth. The Pho is also a winner - try the Pho and Bahn Mi combo that will leave your belly happy and full, and your wallet the same. Don’t confuse this spot for the more street-visible #1 Pho, which is #1 in ambience.
